Hi @Herman2323.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community! We’d be glad to help.

To verify, are you streaming audio from Apple TV to Sonos using Airplay 2?

Upon checking the diagnostic report, the system detected transport and sync errors resulting in audio dropout and playback failure, possibly Sonos is not getting enough bandwidth or experiencing poor wireless conditions. Commonly, these could be caused by wireless interference, or perhaps the audio feed is too slow to allow the Sonos player to maintain reliable playback. Please see this article that will help you reduce wireless interference around your Sonos products.

If the above advice was followed and the issue persists, please submit a new diagnostic report, and reply with the confirmation number so I can review your system further and see if there’s anything else causing this issue.

Let us know how that goes.

I think it’s airplay 2. The speakers and Apple TV are connected under the same WiFi, I can select the audio output in the Netflix app in Apple TV, so I selected the Sonos

Ive restarted my speakers by turning them off more than 10 mins. Seems like the interference has gone. I’ll keep my eyes on it for a while. Appreciate your help
