connect AMP

I bought new AMP and it started to connect to Sonos App, during this process it update the software, 

since then I am trying to connect in many ways (connecting to Ethernet cable, factory reset, etc…) but without success.

Can anyone help ideas how to solve this?

Only after connecting the inwall speakers I succeeded to connect the application and configure the AMP
