Yesterday I was on the phone with Sonos support trying to figure out how to get the WIFI working on my Connect. It used to work? They were very patient and we tried many approaches. BTW, I had tried these approaches before I called them hoping for something different to try.
I was resigned to recycling it but my husband decided to take it to another room and try the WiFi there. The WIFI connection worked in the other room and the MAC address showed up on our router! We brought it back to our living room and placed it in a different place and it was able to connect to the WiFi! So if your Connect WiFi is not working try moving it around. Beware of interference from other devices connected to WiFi!
