Rename Sonos Speakers
I moved a Sonos 1 speaker from one room to another. How do I rename that moved speaker on the iPhone app?

Settings->Room Settings->(Room name), edit room name.
If you have no Room Settings, then you are either running the beta with an iOS device, your system isn't fully updated, or your device OS is only partially supported.
