If you post any details that this community can work from, I’m sure there would be assistance attempted. Right now, there isn’t much that can be done to help you, unless you choose to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
