sonos devices with a group on alexa only playing from one device when asked to play music

I have a sonos one & beam both Alexa capable and both in a group on Alexa. When I ask Alexa to play music it is only playingfrom 1 device within the group. This use to work and the only thing that has changed is that we had a sky box installed.
