I am about to buy a Sonos Connect Gen 1 and I was wondering if I he was possible to connect my Alexa speakers to it to make the speakers not to control?

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

I’m not sure what you mean, probably due to autocorrect on your phone, but I think I can make out what you want to do.

If you buy the correct cable (3.5mm stereo jack to left/right RCA) you would indeed be able to connect an Amazon Echo/Dot to the Line In of the Connect and have voice control.

However, the first generation of Connects are only able to run S1, which we have essentially stopped working on - the occasional bug fix, but nothing else. If you can find a newer version, you’d be able to run S2, which I recommend.

Edit: Note that without other Sonos components, there would be little point in doing this.
