Question

Pairing(stereo) a Sonos one with a Play:1

Anyone else think this should be a no brainer?

Sonos have said you can only create a stereo pair from similar speakers, like two Sonos One. Not sure why you would want two Alexa enabled speakers in the same room. An Amazon echo dot and two Play: 1 speakers does the job just as well...

Well they aren't the exact same speaker and don't look completely alike (unless you have a Play:1 tone). But most people think close enough. You can download the app called Sonosequencr from the apple app store and it will force stereo pair them. Legitimate one time work around. No reason to wait to see when/if Sonos adds ability.
