Microphone touch control on Sonos Arc not working, can't use Alexa
I just purchased Sonos Arc and installed it on my tv, it is amazing however the mic light does not turn on hence I cannot use Alexa on it

You have to install the voice assistant onto the device first, via ‘Settings/Services & Voice’ in the Sonos App...the mic with then enable.
