It seems the chime feature on your Era 100 device isn't working after the new Sonos app release despite being enabled in the Alexa app. Try checking and re-enabling the chime settings in the Alexa app specifically for your Era 100 device. Also, ensure all devices are updated with the latest firmware and consider restarting them if the issue persists. If problems continue, contacting customer support for Era 100 and Sonos for further assistance may be necessary to address any compatibility or settings issues caused by the app update.
