Connecting to Wrong Spotify Account via Alexa

Recently, when I ask my Sonos 1 via Alexa to play something on Spotify, it tries to do so via my sister in law’s account Spotify account (which ultimately doesn’t work).  I checked my Sonos and Alexa configurations and don’t see any trace of her account information, everything is tied to mine.  It worked fine for years up until recently.  I also have a Beam and that works fine.

The only area that I know of where any of our account infos would touch is we are both on a family Amazon Prime, and also Spotify family plan.  Does anyone know what to check or why this may be happening?  Thanks

Finally got a chance to talk to Sonos Support.  After submitting multiple diagnostics during the call along with a screen share, they ultimately concluded that I need to talk to Amazon/Alexa Support.  I’ve since tried to reach out, the initial numbers I was provided no longer function - I was able to speak to someone today after requesting a call back via Amazon chat...her initial analysis was that it was a Sonos issue...I explained the situation once more, went on hold, then eventually got disconnected.

A couple takeaways, Sonos had labelled it as a mismatched account.  Amazon said they did not see either of my devices under my account, yet the Sonos One is linked to my SIL’s.  I plan to check with my SIL and see if my Sonos One shows under her Alexa app, and if so, de-register it.  She’s currently out of the country, however.
