Can't add Voice Services to SONOS One as it is 'not available in your country' - but I am in the UK

I can't set up Alexa on my SONOS One as it says that it is not available in my country, but i am in the UK which is listed alongside the US and Germany as being available. How can I set it up please?

Make sure your Sonos account is set to UK
