    There are several possible causes for the error message "Sorry, something went wrong" on your Sonos One with Alexa voice assistant. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take to address the issue:

    1. Check your internet connection: The Sonos One with Alexa requires a stable internet connection to function properly. Make sure your Wi-Fi connection is working and that your router is not experiencing any issues.

    2. Restart your Sonos One: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve the issue. Try unplugging your Sonos One from the power source and plugging it back in after a few seconds.

    3. Check for software updates: Ensure that your Sonos One is running the latest software version. Open the Sonos app and go to Settings > System Updates to check for any available updates.
