Alexa issue on Sonos One

I have sonos one with Alexa installed when I ask Alexa to play a radio station it ill say now playing but i hear nothing

This sounds like the Alexa command is being recognized correctly, but the audio stream isn’t reaching the Sonos speaker. I’d check the default music/radio service, volume settings, and whether the same station plays normally through the Sonos app to isolate the integration issue.
