Alexa follow up mode on Arc

Why is Alexa follow up mode not available on Arc? Other Sonos products have it.

It's available on my Arc. Are you looking at the right device? I have two devices created; Lounge Sonos and Lounge Sonos TV. The follow on setting is only available on Lounge Sonos.
