Why won’t my Alexa app connect to my premium Spotify account it won’t let me click on Spotify as it’s all greyed out

    Why won’t my Alexa app connect to my premium Spotify account it won’t let me click on Spotify as it’s all greyed out
    Has nothing to do with Sonos but logging out of the Spotify app and subsequently out of all Amazon apps (including the Alexa app) that are installed on your mobile device might help.
