Creating another thread for this as it’s closed, but still not resolved. Add me to the list of people also having this issue.

Issue is about Sonos One Gen2s not being able to be used as announcement devices for Alexa.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with using your Sonos One (Gen 2) as an announcement device for Alexa.
