Alexa announced but missing in Brazil?

According to the brazilian Sonos Webpage, the Sonos One works with Alexa. But, in my setup with 2 Sonos One and a Sonos Beam, Alexa does not show up as Voice Service. This is really bad, as it means that I cannot use my Fire TV cube!

It is really frustrating, as the interaction with this device was the primary reason for buying the Sonos system. I feel mislead by Sonos Brazil.

    Alexa isn’t currently supported on Sonos in Brazil. Log in to the main Sonos website and go to your account profile and set the country to one that supports Alexa on Sonos:
