As a long term Sonos user I recently purchased an Era 300 to replace old Ones. The sound quality is excellent when playing music, radio, etc. however the Alexa voice is way too quiet. If I increase the volume to better hear Alexa the music becomes too loud. Is there anyway around this problem? Jim

No, unfortunately the Alexa volume is linked to the respective volume of the Era 300.
It has been requested since the introduction of voice control to have a separate volume control for the voice assistant, but that has never materialised.

I can barely hear Alexa on my Era 300 & this design fault severely spoils the Era 300 experience. Is anyone from Sonos monitoring these comments?
