I have set up Alexa to play my two SONOS Play 3 speakers. Alexa, even though I have enabled the SONOS skill in the Amazon Alexa app, does not recognize the skill. I can play Pandora on the SONOS speakers, but can not control the volume. What am I missing or doing wrong?

What command syntax are using? Are you including the Room name in the command?

I don't know what I did to get Echo to realize I did have the SONOS skill, but I discovered that I had a naming problem. I had two WEMOs, One named Family room and one named Living room. I had also named the SONOS Play:3s Family room and Dining room. After I changed the SONOS names to Dining SONOS and Family SONOS, the conflict has cleared up.

Now, my problem is that Alexa can not affect the volume of the Play:3s. Is there some else I am missing?

Are you including the room name in the command? e.g. 'Alexa, softer on {Play 3 name}'
