What on Earth Does Sonos Need to Actually Work?

Synology NAS drive plugged in with CAT-5 to Nighthawk AX5400 router. Play-3 plugged in with CAT-5 to same. Playing Music Library says “Network Unstable.”

How TF is that even possible?

 

Edit:

Just adding, DL speeds of 528.02  Mbps and UL of 319.32. Not that that should matter since, you know, I’ve wired the entire MF “wireless” system and I’m not using any off-network resources.
