my sonos volume turns up too loud when i turn the television, I would like to set the volume on my sonos to when I turn the sonos on it is at the last set volume when I turned the Sonos off

The volume shouldn’t reset on our speakers even if you power them off at the wall, I tested with one of my speakers and the volume stayed at what I left it at.
This means that something else is adjusting the volume, I would recommend that, the next time this occurs, you submit a diagnostics and reach out to our support team for further troubleshooting assistance, as they have the necessary tools available to help you resolve this issue.
