We have a Windows 10 Pro 64Bit. The Sonos was playing fine until we enabled our Web Content Filtering (Whitelist Only Browsing) using Cisco Umbrella. We have run the following Domains through Webpagetest.org:

1) sonos.com
2) spotify.com
3) pandora.com

Updated the Whitelist to include:

a. 51 Domain Requests for sonos
b. 42 Domain Requests for spotify
c. 30 Domain Requests for panodra

Yet, the Sonos app still does not stream music. Does sonos have a list of the Domains and subsequent requested domains to stream through the Sonos App?

Our Diagnostics Number/ID: 8389070

Please advise.....

Sonos does have lots of stuff hosted in AWS... not sure about Spotify and Pandora... if there's some kind of "learning mode" you could enable for your Sonos IP address(es) - something where you can see what's being requested but nothing is being blocked - that might identify more domains/hostnames to permit through... could also be different ports needed... I think Spotify can use some unusual port numbers at times; I think Pandora is all HTTP/S though.
