Search google if you want to disable Sonos wireless. Probably still can but not supported by Sonos or recommended.
Turning off your Sonos devices isn't hard if you add a switch to the power cord. Either in line or extended options depending on your setup. Two quick examples:

Turning off the WiFi only is possible but not a good idea unless you have a system problem that gives you a reason for doing it.
