Sonos - you broke it, you fix it…

Dear Sonos - as a pro user, and former beta tester, you have destroyed any confidence that I have in recommending - or for that matter procuring and integrating your products into my client projects. 
 

As the saying goes, “you break it, you buy it”. You need to fix this ASAP!

And, oddly enough, they are working to ‘fix it’. 

There have been several updates since the original release of the 80.x version controller for S2. See release notes here. Also, see the current ‘schedule’ for additional fixes (although not an exhaustive list, I suspect) in this FAQ article.

My understanding is that the FAQ article will be updated as needed.

Reviewing the release notes and the FAQ as suggested above has only confirmed my aggravation with Sonos’ direction. You haven’t address the fundamental issue of system control. It seems like Sonos is trying to become more of content based rather than product / systems based. Stick to what you know - hardware. Roll back to give us the product control that made the system great in the first place. Otherwise I’m looking elsewhere for my client’s needs.
