Newbie here..

About to purchase a sub Gen 3 and wonder this placement for vertical position.

This place I propose is just near to corner of wall and furniture. Based on this dimension, after placement for this new sub, I’m expecting both side gaps will be about 70mm.

it is sufficient for a better bass reproduction or what is min limitation should I consider.

It might be a bit “boomy” but try it and see how it sounds to you. If you like it, it’s a good position.

If you have an iPhone, try running Trueplay too, and see how that affects the sound.

At the end of the day, it’s what your ears hear that should decide the positioning of speakers, or any additional boost of the sub’s output, and whether you want to use the equaliser to increase or decrease the bass and treble. Play around and find what settings suit you and the room.

Dislike boomy, noted your advise to try out then. Thanks
