Hi,
I have my Sonos on my IOT wireless network, and my phone and laptop on another network. I have a ahavi reflector that allows mdns on both networks. Google Cast works, Apple Airplay and Spotify Connect all work. The only thing that doesn’t work is the Sonos app. It can’t find my speakers.
Any help would be appreciated!

Sonos controllers use UPnP, and presume that all controllers and players are on the same subnet.

+24Sonos controllers use SSDP to find players, and that will not work across subnets unless you do some special configuration. Once found, then use UPnP to communicate as ratty says.
