Sonos Move 2 - to pair or not to pair

I have 2 Move 2 speakers that I’d like paired on some occasions(to play in stereo in one room), and separate on others when wanting a single experience when traveling from room to room.  Any idea’s on how to quickly manage this without having to unpair both speakers each time?
