Hey Ziokoki - I'll be happy to help. How far do you get in the setup process when trying to add the NAS as a music share on Sonos? Can you check the file share settings for the NAS and make sure that CIFS/SMB is enabled as that is the file sharing protocol that Sonos uses?



After trying to add the share, please submit a diagnostic and then post the confirmation code here so we can take a look.
HI, i'm following the thread as i have the same problem with my NAS542.

I searched for the CIFS/SMB setting in the control panel, but i could not find these...

any coue about where are these setting located?
ps: using another NAS i have no problem at all (a Thecus 2200)
