Hi Sonos community!
I have a new setup where I have two Play 5’s in stereo pair and a Sonos Arc in the same room (they are facing each other front to front and my room is about - please see image attached ). I have them configured as separate “rooms”. When watching TV, I use only Sonos Arc. When listening to music, I use both setups (Play 5’s in stereo and Arc).
I have two questions:
- I’m not sure which Play 5 would be more appropriate to setup as right and left speaker. I don’t want the channels to get mixed with my Play 5’s and Arc.
- When listing to music… would it be better only to turn on Play 5’s in stereo pair and leave the Arc on mute? If yes, Then question 1 is not relevant anymore.
NOTE: I also have a turntable connected my Play 5’s via line in. If I set them up as surround, I can’t play my turntable anymore. So that is not an option for me.
