I was having problems with my Sonos one connecting to the internet so was advised by the support to do a factory reset. Now I am unable to connect the product to my network. The wizard comes up and it is able to find my project, it say it is getting my Sonos One ready but then errors. Sometimes it says will send a chime sound but this doesn’t happen and it errors out.
I have another Sonos one on my system which is connected fine but I can’t see in the app. I have never been able to have both working with Alexa capabilities at the same time, but I would take what I had because at the moment this one is flashing green at me and is useless!!
Does anyone have any advice?
