My setup:
Philips 65OLED855/12 (4x ARC, 0x eARC). TV Supports Dolby Atmos/Vision by itself.
Connected devices:
PS5
Nintendo Switch
Apple TV 4K+Ethernet 128GB (3rd Gen)
Sonos Arc Ultra.
Will Orei HDA-927 or Feintech VAX01202 work for Apple TV Atmos content? I don’t need Dolby Atmos for gaming. I only want it for movies. For now, I need to use PCM output, otherwise I get lip sync lag. I followed every other adivice (resetting all devices, setting passthrough etc) and I want to buy something that is cheaper than HD Fury.
I know that Orei HDA-935 works, but I don’t need 3 outputs I suppose.
Orei HDA-927 or Feintech VAX01202?

Those won‘t work, because Arc Ultra has got a hdmi output that supports eARC and needs to be connected to a hdmi input also supporting eARC.
If you are satisfied with just a single Atmos source device (in your case the ATV 4k), imo the best option will be the FeinTech AX310.

Yes, at the moment it’s out of stock. But I‘m sure it will be available again very soon. It’s one of the latest products and sold quite well. Spending some more money you also could go with AX340 or VAX04101.
