If you unplug your Sonos Amp from the headphone out on your computer and replace it with headphones are you hearing audio?

Compared to a speaker output, yes, but Headphones require much more power than a Llne-In.

Have you selected Line-In as the source for AMP? Line-In is not automatically patched through to AMP’s speaker output. Line-In is just a source on the network that is available to any combination of players.
