I have a home theater set up with an Arc, sub, and two 300 surround speakers. Even with voice enhancement on the vocal volume is drowned out by background music/noise.

Wish I had a better answer than what we ended up doing, swap it for an Arc Ultra. We love the additional voice enhancement it offers. Also the kids love the Arc and Play 1s they were gifted.

+18Was the Trueplay done with IOS or Android ? How close are your 300s to your listening position. Here mine are around 7 to 8 feet from my head. At my age I hear dialogue pretty well with exactly the same setup you have. Yes I’ve heard the Arc Ultra has better dialogue intelligibility having more settings. Just never heard one.
