I’ve changed network password and lost my entire Sonos system. the iOS app is not very helpful, neither is Sonos help section which advice me to do thins which is not possible when the products are missing.
I have a Boost wired to a network switch next to my router. The system is two Amps and two Symfonisk Table Lamps. There is a Symfonisk Book Shelf speaker as well which I will try to add later.
Running LAN Scan on my Macbook Pro laptop all my products are visible with one unique IP address each.
In the app I chose System Settings and after that Update Network. The message is “No products found”.
I really don’t want to reinstall and lose my playlists.
Suggestions?
