My Sub G1 identifies as ZP100

Hi Sonos, 

my Sub G1, one of the non-glare versions, does show up in my system as ZP100 which is clearly wrong. So my S2 App says it’s incompatible (grouped with ARC + 2 Play:3 as rear).

Also my Windows App does not work anymore (says it need update, but when i click on update, no update is found).

Remark 1: I have never owned a ZP100 and no ZP100 is on my network. 

Remark 2: On you website it is listed as compatible to S2 (https://support.sonos.com/s/article/4786?language=de), let the question be allowed for HOW LONG Play:3 and Sub will do so. 

 

 

Sub/Gen1 is perfectly compatible with S2. I have one of the very earliest units. 

Something has got confused. Try factory resetting the Sub and re-adding it.

Hopefully it stays compatible. 

I resetted the Sonos Sub, re-added it, now it works again, same does the Windows app. Nevertheless SONOS Support, please add this as an issue.
