I have just bought the IKEA home Smart HUB and am using the Home Smart 2 App.
When I try to connect/setup Sonos Play:1 Play:3 Play:5 and Symfonisk speakers, it opens the SONOS 1 app but nothing happens. I cannot setup the speakers in the IKEA App. I have talked to IKEA Support at they cannot help me.
How are your Sonos speakers connected? And you followed these steps:
That is the Old Ikea system. This is new Home Smart 2 system
I’m having the same issue. After much head scratching and internet searching I found the following article that indicates that the new DIRIGERA smart hub does not support SONOS S1 systems.
