I recently purchased a second property and was given two Sonos 1's as a gift. How do I set them up in the second house on my existing account? The Sonos are second hand, my brother moved away and gave these to me from his system.

Just factory reset them, and set them up in each home as “new” systems/devices. It’s OK that you’re using the same email address for the account, your controller should just “know” which system to connect to based on which wifi network it’s on.
