I’ve had several conversations here with folks with Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet unfriendly houses. Saw this mentioned elsewhere and it sounds interesting.

Does anyone have experience with this or know if it is fully compatible with Sonos’ networking needs?

Virtually Invisible Fiber – Ultra-thin, bend tolerant fiber blends seamlessly along baseboards, trim, and corners, preserving your home’s aesthetic while creating a point-to-point connection.

Looks interesting. I have no experience with it. However, it might serve to create a wired backhaul in a Mesh network to connect the nodes rather than a wireless backhaul. In theory if feasible a Mesh network incorporating this could allow the end-user to utilize all available frequencies via each node. However, I can’t say one way or the other.

It’s the conversion process from electrical data to optical and back that would make me cautious, not having any experience either. If it’s truly 100% , then it shouldn’t be an issue, at full speed.

But I’m not willing to try, I have no need.
