When my Sonos Arc’s Hdmi is plugged into my Samsung Hdmi (Arc) port 3 can u not select Dolby Digital+ any help appreciated

it will only show when the programme you are watching is Atmos
It un grey itself when it’s Atmos and you can select it once and then it auto connects when watching a film that is Atmos
