I’m very confused!!! I have a Sonos arc connected to my lg HDMIearc port, now for example I have premium subscription to Netflix which should allow me to listen with Dolby Atmos but it doesn’t and none of the films that should be available in Dolby Atmos display Dolby Atmos, they just show 4k and HDR, can anyone help me with my dilemma

You don’t say what model TV you have so I can’t check the manual but have you checked the TV sound settings for external HDMI output?
Thanks I’ve resolved it now, Netflix accessed through Sky doesn’t have Dolby Atmos, in order for it to work you have to go through the Netflix App, very odd!!
