The wifi I am trying to connect to does not have a password. It requires me to open a link and and accept the connectivity terms. Is there a way to a complish this through the app??

Not that I’m aware of.

You may want to call Sonos Support to discuss it, but in general, Sonos requires a direct connection to a network, without an auth pass. We in this forum often suggest several potential ways to avoid this, such as whitelisting by the IT group that manages the network, direct connection to a router that doesn’t require the auth procedure, or a travel router, which allows you the access to that network using the auth process, and creates your own network to connect both your Sonos and your controller device to.

Is this your home WiFi?  What brand is the router?  Who is your ISP?  If it’s your home router is there no way to change the password after initial acceptance of the connectivity terms?  I’ve never heard of this type of sign in process.

Are you in a hotel or living in a college dorm or apartment complex with a common internet access?

This sounds like you are trying to access internet service via a cell phone, tablet or computer.

We need more information about your network.

Work around the issue, get a travel router, log it onto your wifi, have it do a normal wifi signal Sonos can use.

Conect your controller to the new wifi and add your Sonos to it.

That will also work for your other devices.
