I cannot connect my amp to the network.  When I try to, it tells me to press play and volume up but I only have mute.  So it fails.

Support had me reset the app by going to Settings → App Preferences → Reset app.  After that everything worked.  Closing it and restarting it didn’t work.

Are you using the S1 app or the S2 app?

If it is the S2 ap, the old Connect amp with the speaker/mute button is not compatible. You will have to set it up using the S1 app.

I am using the S1 app.  It finds the amp but its telling me to press the pause/play button and the volume up.  I only have the mute.  When I try mute and volume up it fails.

I press the volume up button, it try's to connect, the light goes white but then it fails. The system does not getting added.

Have you tried using an ethernet cable to hardwire the amp to your router?
