I'm trying to set up a sonos play that used to be in my home. Moving it to a boat using the marina wifi. It's not a public wifi - you have to have a slip/password to log in but I can't get it to work. Are these firewall issues? And if so any ideas how I can get past them?
Thanks...

Get a small travel router with an outboard Ethernet connection. Sign that into the marina Wifi, then connect Sonos to the travel router via Ethernet and change the WiFi credentials. Better yet, configure the travel router with the same SSID and password as your home WiFi and you dont even have to change the Sonos. This will also help by keeping your Sonos and anything else you connect protected from the public WiFi.
