I have looked at the various answers in the forum and none resolve the inability to amend alarm times or set new ones. I will need a new system as I need an alarm and am realising SONOS has lost the art of innovation. 

I can add and amend alarms on my S2 system.  Can you confirm if you’re running an S1 or S2 system?

Are you getting an error message or is the Save button greyed out?


It says it is saved and then when you go back I go the app it has gone and all the old alarms are there. I tried deleting the old alarms and they do delete but then when you shut the app down and reopen they all reappear and any new ones are gone. 


I can’t reproduce that behaviour on my system.  Can you power down your devices for 5-10 secs and retest.  If this works, you may want to look at my post:
