Is it possible to pair two Sonos Moves together with a pair of wired Polks connected and controlled through a Sonos Connect Amp?

No, at least not the way you’re think.  You can setup your 2 Moves and Amp as 2 rooms (stereo pair moves + amp) or 3 rooms (Move + Move + amp) in the same household.  You can then play each of these rooms together or separately as you wish.   It’s essentially accomplishes the feature it sounds like you’re looking for, but you are not controlling the Moves through the Amp.

Be careful of your terms, they have very specific meanings in the Sonos ‘world’, but yes, you can group a pair of Moves in WiFi mode with a CONNECT:AMP.
