Selling devices with Google assistant support in countries where it is not available

Sonos devices are becoming increasingly popular in Russia. Sellers widely advertise the ability to manage Google Assistant as a competitive advantage. However, they do not say that Google Assistant is not available in Russia. I found out about this only after the purchase and this may be not only a reason for a refund, but also a lawsuit.
