Hi getting frustrated now, this keeps repeatedly happening for no apparent reason at all. Go to play / use apple music via Sonos app on either phone or desktop app i’m told to reauthorise apple music. WHY? On the desktop it just doesn’t work. On the iphone it again doesn’t work - it just spins when i enter password - EVEN THOUGH I AM ALREADY LOGGED INTO MY apple id!!! Can we please just get a fix?? I am quite apple and Sonos savvy but this is just ridiculous. PLEASE HELP. Ive used Sonos since its inception and apple from way back but i must say it is getting very glitchy… let’s hope someone has an answer.
Sonos Radio can't play Radio station
Once again this morning, Sonos Radio can’t play any radio station in my favourites. My app is up to date. I already unplugged my Sonos devices and plugged them back in, but none of that works.Interestingly, the very same radio station does work on TuneIn, so it’s clearly a Sonos Radio problem. This happens regularly in the past few weeks, and the problem disappears after a few hours mysteriously… But then the next morning it’s back again. Why can’t this service “just work”??
Apple Music wont play one S1 G2 or Beam
I was recently gifted the S1 G2 and subsequently bought Beam. Google Assistant works perfectly however I am having issues with Apple Music playing via the Google Assistant on both the S1 G2 and Beam. Apple Music plays through AirPlay and also via the Native Sonos app with no problems. I have removed Apple Music from the Sonos app and re-authorized many times to no avail. I've also removed the Sonos app and redownloaded...again to no avail.I have no extenders in my home and the channel seems to be clear. Any thoughts?
Stingray playback issue S2 Controller
Since I've upgraded to the S2 controller a problem with playing Stingray music has arisen. The first song to play repeats. The Controller displays a new song but the one that played first just repeats, over and over. I've got a Play:1 and Stereo Play:3's as well as a Playbar in my system. Thoughts?
Trouble using Airplay from MacBook Pro
I just got my Sonos Beam set up and it’s been playing music great from my iPhone, iPad, and just from the Sonos itself after setting up a voice assistant. However, I’ve run into a problem with my 2016 MacBook Pro. Whenever I Airplay computer audio to the Beam, it looks like everything is working correctly: the Sonos app even displays the correct Youtube video name. But there is no sound coming out of the speaker itself.I wanted to listen to songs on YouTube using Airplay from my computer. Any idea why this might not be working? I’ve tried the standard troubleshooting process (restarting the speaker, computer, and router) But so far still nothing. Any help would be appreciated

My Sonos app and my Stitcher app stopped syncing. Any ideas on how to fix?
Recently, my Sonos app and Stitcher app aren’t speaking to each other. So if I add or remove a show to follow, that doesn’t get updated in Sonos. This is my main use of the Sonos product so I’d love to find a solution. Thanks!
Spotify Crossfade unable to work through Sonos.
In trying to play songs with a crossfade so one song blends into the next on Spotify, something which works on Spotify natively and any other speaker system we've played it through, the Crossfade does not play correctly through Sonos. There is no crossfade when playing Spotify on Spotify but with the sound coming out of the Sonos system. What can we do about this! It's not groovy when a song ends abruptly and there's space and then another song starts.
Sonos unable to play, unable to connect to music library
Isn’t it about time Sonos sorted this error out?No updates, no altering files, no upgrade, no changes whatsoever. Can connect yesterday, and the day before and since the last update no problem, now today, as usual with its periodic glitches it can’t find the music files - no one moved them, or changed them so why can’t it suddenly find them on a computer dedicated to playing Sonos?
Sonos software is riddled with faults
So many questions, so few answers: I have 2 Play 1s and two Play 5s. The latest software update has left the S1 software unable to see the Play 1s and the S2 software unable to see the Play 5s and me unable to rewind to the state I was in before The S1 software cannot ‘see’ my computer and so I cannot connect with my computer based music library The S1 software can no longer see’ my YouTube Music library I have just about had it with Sonos. I am ready to trash the lot. I need HELP. I have many opinions but . I need HELP from Sonos. A human being. A voice. Someone who is going to fix the mess that they have created. How do I contact these people ?
Stitcher account now "unable to browse music"
This problem pops up randomly a few times each year. My Stitcher account works fine every but Sonos and almost always works fine on my Sonos system, but once again, it says “unable to browse music.” How do I rectify this And how do I avoid having the problem occur again? I submitted diagnostics 1746632828. Happy New Year to the community. :-)
Apple Music needs to reauthorize
Every so often sonos requests I reauthorise the Apple Music service. This now immediately triggers a sense of mounting horror as I know what happens next. I try to reauthorise and it says my Apple ID password is incorrect. I delete the service and try to reload it, it says the password is incorrect. I delete the sonos app and reload it, then try to add Apple Music again and it says the password is incorrect. The only way I can get it to work is to CHANGE my Apple ID password and then try again. I shouldn’t have to do this! Please can someone tell me how to sort this out once and for all? I don’t want to throw my sonos speakers in the sea (well, I do a bit actually) and buy Apple ones instead as they’re expensive but I don’t think I will get this problem if I do so.
Playing iTunes playlists through Sonos
Hello, I am trying to play my iTunes playlists through Sonos but cannot see them.I have followed all the steps:in Settings / Manage music library, I have added the folder where iTunes music library lives - I can see all the songs/artists/albums fine in Sonos. I have exported each playlist in XLM format from iTunes and saved them in the same folder as above. I have Updated the Music library to ensure all changes are indexed. After all this when I go to Music Library / Imported playlists - there is still no selection available. What am I missing? Thanks.

Have to re-add Apple Music every day
Ever since the new Sonos app came out earlier this year, every day that I open it, my Apple Music service account has been removed, so every day, I have to add it back to my Sonos account. Why is this happening and is there a way to make it stop so it stays linked to my Apple Music account permanently?
Been having issues with Primephonic browsing in the Sonos app - getting an ‘unable to browse’ message every time I attempt to access New Releases. Happens across multiple platforms (PC, mobile app, etc.) and only with Primephonic. Rebooted and rebuilt my system from the ground up already. Any suggestions?
Sonos/Spotify keeps playing even when device is off
Playing Spotify playlist/Sonos speaker from my husband’s PC. When I want to stop the music I close Sonos. Most of the time this stops the music. BUT NOT ALWAYS. The music keeps playing so I go to Task Manager, but don’t see anything resembling an active Sonos app. So I restart the computer. Music keeps playing through restart. I do a hard reboot and the music continues. At that point I unplug the speaker to stop the music. Can anyone tell me why the music keeps playing even if all devices in the house are shut down?
