Trueplay error with era 300 since app update

Hi All,

The new app from release, through to version 80.00.08 hasn’t been able to run Trueplay completely.  If I disconnect my Era surround and run Trueplay against my Arc and Sub it works fine.  Add the era’s and it fails each time.

Arc is wired, sub and era’s are wireless.  Everything worked fine before updating to the latest app.

Error msg: Run Trueplay; rotate phone listen to noises; move to next stage, walking around the room; at the end of this stage the yellow circle spins, reaches the top and does nothing.  Only option is to cancel.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

To add: Phone is iOS 14 Pro max, running iOS 17.5.

I reached out to Technical support team on 8th May who were brilliant at diagnosing the problem but did not have a resolution.
