Hello community, I´ve had a bad start today: my Move 2 started blinking red (after being put in the charging base). I did the reset but even if now blinks green, I can´t find and connect it anymore.
I´ve looked up already some other posts, did the login out and back in of the app. Still can´t be found. I can see a SONOS Wifi network, not sure if that hints at something.
I´m grateful for any help!
PS: I´m running Android on the phone and Win on the laptop. Nothing should have changed on my internet network...

A flashing green light signifies it is ready for setup. When you say you can’t find it, is this before or after you have readded your device? Also, if this is your only Sonos device then you have deleted all of your settings and music services by factory resetting your Move 2.
A flashing Red Status light however indicates a fault and that you should contact Sonos Support, however the Factory Reset also deletes all of the fault diagnostic information.
If you haven’t realised yet, it’s not a good idea to Factory Reset your Sonos device, until advised to…
